Since 2024, I have been serving as the Managing Director and Founder of the Confworld Educational Research and Development Association (CERADA) . In this role, I lead the planning and execution of international academic conferences, establish strategic collaborations with universities, research institutions and professional organizations worldwide and oversee scholarly publishing and editorial initiatives. Through my vision and leadership, I have developed CERADA into a platform that promotes global knowledge exchange, interdisciplinary research, academic partnerships and excellence in scientific communication.

I am a Microbiologist, Biotechnologist, Scientist and Research Publication Specialist with over 15 years of professional experience spanning industrial research and development, scientific publishing, academic leadership and international conference management. I earned my PhD in Biotechnology from the School of Bioengineering, SRM Institute of Science and Technology (formerly SRM University), Chennai, India, in 2013. Throughout my career, I have integrated scientific research with scholarly publishing, fostering innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration and excellence in research dissemination.

Before founding CERADA, I gained more than eight years of industrial R&D experience in the agrotech and pharmaceutical sectors. My work focused on microbial biotechnology, biofertilizer development, sustainable agricultural technologies and natural product-based drug discovery. My research involved developing microbial formulations for agriculture and the isolation, characterization and evaluation of bioactive secondary metabolites from medicinal plants and microorganisms for therapeutic applications, including arthritis, diabetes, cancer, wound healing and antimicrobial resistance.

As a researcher, I have authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in Scopus- and SCIE-indexed journals, with an h-index of 9 and a cumulative journal impact factor exceeding 30. I have also served as a peer reviewer for leading international publishers, including Elsevier and Springer Nature, contributing to the maintenance of high standards in scholarly publishing and peer review.
